JMI Equity-backed Clio completed the acquisition of vLex from Oakley Capital for $1bn.

JMI Equity-backed Clio, a legal technology company, completed the acquisition of vLex, a developer of a legal information platform, from Oakley Capital, a mid-market private equity investor, for $1bn.
