Apollo to acquire a majority stake in Stream Data Centers from Stream Realty Partners.

Apollo, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Stream Data Centers, a manager of data centers, from Stream Realty Partners, a commercial real estate services, investment, and development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Stream Data Centers represents a landmark digital infrastructure transaction for Apollo.
