New Mountain Capital-backed Grant Thornton, a provider of audit and assurance, tax, and advisory services, completed the acquisition of Grant Thornton Netherlands, a professional services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the addition of nearly 800 professionals across eight Dutch offices, the platform now comprises close to 13.5k team members in almost 60 offices, delivering a singular client experience that includes enhanced solutions and capabilities, backed by powerful technologies and a distinctive cross-border culture. The expanded platform remains part of the Grant Thornton International Limited network, which comprises member firms in more than 150 markets worldwide.
