FalconPoint Partners-backed Jennmar completed the acquisition of Weber Mining & Tunnelling.

FalconPoint Partners-backed Jennmar, a provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries, completed the acquisition of Weber Mining & Tunnelling, a company focused on resin injection solutions for ground consolidation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
