Centerbridge Partners completed the acquisition of MeridianLink for $2bn.

Centerbridge Partners, a global investment firm, completed the acquisition of MeridianLink, a provider of modern software platforms for financial institutions and consumer reporting agencies, for $2bn. “MeridianLink has grown from a pioneer in digital lending to a market leader helping credit unions and community banks build and foster lasting relationships with consumers.
