Ardian completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dovida from Paul Fritz, Unigestion and Verium.

Ardian, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Dovida, a Swiss-based international provider of non-medical home care services, from Paul Fritz, Dovida's founder and CEO, Unigestion, an investment management company, and Veriuman, an independent Zurich-based multi-family office. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Dovida provides solutions tailored to the demands of an aging society.
