TPG to acquire Irth Solutions from Blackstone.

TPG Growth, the middle market and growth equity platform of TPG, agreed to acquire Irth Solutions, a provider of enterprise software for critical energy and infrastructure companies, from Blackstone Energy Transition Partners, Blackstone's energy-focused private equity business.
