Vector Capital to acquire Insight Partners-backed Showpad.

Vector Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Insight Partners-backed Showpad, an AI revenue enablement technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of Bigtincan with Showpad brings together best-in-class innovation and market leaders with thousands of customers.
