Platinum Equity completed the acquisition of PlayPower from Littlejohn & Co.

Platinum Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of PlayPower, a designer and manufacturer of recreational and outdoor living systems, from Littlejohn & Co, a private equity firm focused on leveraged buyout transactions, leveraged recapitalizations of middle-market companies and distressed securities. Financial terms were not disclosed.
