Mendibea, an investment vehicle, Onchena, a private family office, Llapan, an investment vehicle, and Anemona, a private family office, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Somos Hijolusa, a fruit and vegetable production company, from ProA Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new investor base brings both financial strength and strategic vision within the food sector, with a long-term commitment to supporting the Gómez family in this new stage of development.
