Mendibea, Onchena, Llapan and Anemona, Spanish private investment and family-office-type vehicles, completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in Somos Hijolusa, a fruit and vegetable production company, from ProA Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
