GEMO completed the acquisition of WIEDEN from FW Group.

GEMO, a general contractor, developer, and investor in the civil engineering and construction sectors, completed the acquisition of WIEDEN, a company specialised in the design and realization of atypical glass facades. from FW Group, a Czech investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased that the acquisition of Wieden will lead to the further strengthening of our group.
