Abyss completed the acquisition of Frøy Akvaservice from Frøy.

Abyss, a provider of maritime and subsea services for the aquaculture industry, completed the acquisition of Frøy Akvaservice, the aquaservice division, from Frøy, a provider of integrated aqua services to the salmon farming industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Aquaculture is becoming increasingly complex, and it’s challenging to be best at everything. We are now concentrating fully on our core areas, which will strengthen both Frøy and the wider industry,” Tonje Foss, Frøy CEO.
