ResInvest Group to acquire Onyx Power from Riverstone Energy.

ResInvest Group, an investment company, agreed to acquire Onyx Power, a renewable energy company that develops, builds, and operates wind and solar power plants, from Riverstone Energy, an energy investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
