Meridia to acquire Skypark Valdebebas of Hines for €160m.

Meridia, an alternative investment fund manager, agreed to acquire Skypark Valdebebas, part of Hines, a privately held company that invests in and develops real estate, for €160m. “Madrid is a strategic market for Meridia and one where we continue to see compelling long-term potential. This acquisition represents a landmark investment for the Fund, reinforcing our presence in the capital and strengthening our exposure to the residential segment.
