The Sterling Group-backed Precision Concepts International, a provider of specialty rigid packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Comar, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The combination of PCI and Comar creates a powerful partnership that enhances our capabilities to provide industry-leading rigid packaging solutions and exceptional service.
