Bain Capital completed the acquisition of Concert Golf Partners from Clearlake Capital Group.

Bain Capital, a global private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Concert Golf Partners, an owner-operator of private golf and country clubs with 39 locations across the United States, from Clearlake Capital Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
