Bain Capital-backed Namirial completed the acquisition of Smouse.

Bain Capital-backed Namirial, an Italian IT company, completed the acquisition of Smouse, a RegTech platform developed by Studio Informatica, a specialist in regulatory compliance software for financial institutions and enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Smouse is exactly the type of company we want to partner with: highly entrepreneurial, deeply specialized, close to its customers, and recognized as a reliable partner for mission-critical compliance.
