UST Global, a digital transformation and technology services provider, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Italdesign Giugiaro, an Italian automotive design and engineering company, from Automobili Lamborghini, an automotive design and engineering company. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Italdesign has shaped the way the world experiences mobility, and its legacy of design excellence is respected globally.
