Molins to acquire Secil from Semapa for €1.4bn.

Molins, a global construction materials company, agreed to acquire Secil, a Portuguese cement producer, from Semapa, a Portuguese conglomerate holding company, for €1.4bn. “This agreement is a key milestone in Molins’ strategy.
