Motherson to acquire Autoelectric wiring harness business of Nexans for €207m.

Motherson, a global supplier of automotive systems and components, agreed to acquire Autoelectric wiring harness business of Nexans, a global company specializing in the design, manufacture, and service of cable systems and solutions, for €207m. “This acquisition is a significant milestone for Motherson. It will enable us to support our key customers with wiring harness solutions and expand our global footprint to additional locations.
