ServiceNow to acquire Armis for $7.75bn.

ServiceNow, an American software company developing a cloud-based  digital workflow platform, agreed to acquire Armis, a developer of Internet of Things security solutions, for $7.75bn. “AI is transforming the threat landscape faster than most organizations can adapt.
