Audax Private Equity completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Keystone Strategy from RLH Equity Partners.

Audax Private Equity, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Keystone Strategy, a technology and advisory firm, from RLH Equity Partners, a private equity firm.
