Royal BAM Group to acquire Gebroeders Blokland.

Royal BAM Group, a construction and property development company, agreed to acquire Gebroeders Blokland, a property developer and contractor. Financial terms are not disclosed. "The intended acquisition of Gebroeders Blokland fits seamlessly with our strategy to strengthen our position in residential property development in the Netherlands. It will increase our annual development potential by around 10%. Over the past year, we have significantly expanded our investments in land and building rights to ensure we can meet the growing demand for sustainable and affordable homes," Ruud Joosten, Royal BAM Group CEO.
