Bain Capital-backed Rocket Software to acquire Vertica from Open Text for $150m.

Bain Capital-backed Rocket Software, a privately held software development company, agreed to acquire Vertica, a part of Open Text's non-core Analytics portfolio, from Open Text, a global software company, for $150m.
