Private equity firm EQT Partners completed the acquisition of the natural colors business of Chr. Hansen, a global developer and manufacturer of natural coloring ingredients for food and beverages, for $930m. "The completion of the acquisition marks an important milestone on this journey, and we are excited to welcome all of the Natural Colors employees and the new board to the wider EQT family.
