Brookfield Business Partners completed the acquisition of Modulaire Group from TDR Capital for $5bn.

Brookfield Business Partners, a publicly traded limited partnership and the primary public vehicle, completed the acquisition of Modulaire Group, an infrastructure services company specializing in modular services, from TDR Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, for $5bn.
